Hi,

If someone works as a cook (6242)

and has a Bechelors of Commerence from India university do they meet the new requirement from CIC.

The person concerned is the wife (25yrs) who is the main applicant; while the husband is (30yrs)

if they worked and did most of those duties under 6242, they qualify as long as they get 67 points also.

this is for fsw 1.

They can get points for bachelor of commerce as long as it is recognized in india.

the main applicant is doesn't have to the husband. its all equal in canada whether you are the wife or husband.
