My mother works in Calgary and she is my sponsor. She applied for my visa year 2011. We're waiting for immigration to release my passport. I reside in the Philippines. She told me that it might be possible that the passports will be released by December this year, but then I will be 6 months pregnant by then. My medical expires this November so I guess I'll be needing a new one. Am I going to be allowed to travel to Canada or will I be told to wait after I give birth to enter Canada? What changes will happen now that I'm pregnant?

They may extend your medical but if they don't, you have to wait until after the birth to redo the medical. You will also have to add the new child to your application before you land. I think that you need to wait and see what happens. If you get your passport back with the COPR, you should rush immediately to Canada to have the baby or you are going to run out of time.
