immigartion points for master's with 16 years of study

I did MBA from Pakistan, if I count total numbers of study years, than its 16 years, but CIC wants a master’s with 17 years of study. How man points are awarded to the master’s with 16 years study.

From the Skilled Worker Manual:

"If an applicant has a master’s degree, but only 16 years of education, an officer would go down to the category for which the applicant meets the total number of years and, using this example, award 22 points;"

If you are planning on applying in May, then a master's degree will get you 23 points regardless of the number of years completed, but contingent on an equivalent assessment by ECA agencies.
