Good day, I got my ITA and I am completing my application. I was wondering that since I am separated and I have full custody of my kids, do I have to add their father as an immediate relative in their section?
If I don’t, is it seeing as misrepresentation? I have uploaded my seperation agreement and their birth certificates.
