Hi there,

We're applying for a tourist visa and are 04 of us in family. I'll be representing on behalf of my family members online applications, hence would like to kindly know do I need to get the family members signature by pen on this printed form and then sign myself at the bottom of this form (guess under section C!) as I'm unable to electronically sign this thru. If so, I presume, I should then scan and upload the file. Correct?

Hi,

Your understanding is correct.
You may fill the names, date & take out the print out.

1. Fill your details in Section A 1 & 2.
2. Your family member details in Section A 3.
3. Family Members signature in Section B (After taking the print out).
4. Your signature in Section C (After taking the print out).
