IMM5710 checkboxes not working

Hi all,

I'm filling out my OWP form, and there's 2 questions in the passport section regarding Taiwanese and Israeli passports. I need to check 'no' to these, but it doesn't work. It isn't clickable in any way.

The guide doesn't say I can leave it blank, so is it OK if I print the thing and then tick the box with a pen? This form has barcodes so I don't know if it'll mess it up.

Did you save the pdf locally to your computer then open it there (rather than in your browser). Both boxes work fine for me when I download the form (version 02-2019).

Worth a try, as I said, works fine on my computer (not that this helps you!). In which case yes, validate and print off and tick the boxes by hand - I would be certain that this is not information encoded in the barcodes anyway.

Ohh hang on. The checkboxes work if I don't fill out the passport details above (i.e. I can check the boxes first). As soon as I say my passport is GBR, the boxes grey out and the tick disappears.

Guess it's by design then; odd that the guide didn't mention it.
