IMM5669E - Insufficient space on Section 8.. recommendations?

Hello, I am running out of rows on the Section 8- Personal History. Do I attach another copy of this page only in the file OR should I make a similar table on a blank piece of paper and append it?

Any recommendations, valid, are much appreciated.

Make a table on microsoft word as section 8, add your detail and attach to the end of IMM5669
