IMM5669 Two versions. Which Should I use?

Good day friends, Thank you for always responding and helping, I am confused with the forms for Schedule A-Background declaration form
Which version should I use? I heard the 06-2019 doesn't validate button but it was the latest, on the other hand, the other versions 11-2018 have the validate button, and it was also the form that was being downloaded whenever I click the link from the document checklist but again it was from 2018. So I don't know which one to use? I am really confused. and to be honest the 11-2018 version is more user friendly. Thanks in advance.

Use the 2018 version. They want the form to be validated. Otherwise it wouldnt come up in the application package and it wouldnt be mentioned in the guide that it has to be validated.

I too have heard to use the older form that validates, the one that is in the package. If they want the updated form they will contact you and request that you upload the updated version.
