IMM5669 Problem validating

My wife is trying to fill out of the IMM5669 form and is having difficulty with it being "incomplete"

It will not validate because it says its missing info in the personal history section for a certain year....

The years are all correct and there are certainly no gaps in time. We have tried various different things to try and get it working. Any advice anyone has to offer is great. We are getting really frustrated.

In my second most recent job in the "from" year she has 2015, but when we validate it, its highlighted in red

Hey guys just wanted to let everyone know we figured it all out. The one job she listed was overlapping with another job. It was her second job at the time. We figured writing a letter would suffice in regards to explaining why its not listed on the IMM5669.


Now on to my next question...... We spoke to a CIC agent and she told us that the form (IMM5669) had to be SIGNED in black ink in order for it to be accepted. Obviously, the form will not validate unless there is an electronic signature.............. Suggestions????????? Are we able to make a black ink signature beside the electronic signature????

yes u have to hand sign beside the typed name ...

I had 2 jobs at the same time, but, it won't validate when I have them both listed. Is it okay to take one of them off and include a separate piece of paper with the job listed on it?

You can. But personally, I would only enter one of the jobs you had (the 'main' one). Just what I would do, not 'gospel'!

Thanks for the reply! I am concerned that if I don't include this other job they might send my imm5669 back to me
