Hi everybody,

I have a question about form imm5669, when it asks for the address history, should I just put my home address back in Italy or should I include also the Canadian addresses (Montreal first, Gatineau now) of every time I visited my fiancee (now wife) in Canada? I've been visiting her on a regular basis since 2015 spending an average of 20 weeks per year in Canada (not continuously nor consecutively), always entering Canada with an eTA, but every single visit didn't last on average more than a couple weeks (sometimes just a few days, rarely over one month, the longest visit was 5 months this year during Covid lockdown). I would be glad if you could help me with that. Thanks a lot in advance.
All the best
Damiano

Thanks Chad4lyphe. Do they consider "living" even when you visit somebody for a short time (couple weeks or couple months), or only when you live in a place for more than a considerable amount of time (i.e. more than 6 months or 1 year)?
As I explained all my visits were pretty short, so my question is if I should include the address of my visits too or not?
Thanks
Damiano

I don't believe short visit address is necessary i could be wrong maybe one of the VIP members could Clarify it, but all permanent addresses address for the past ten year must be included
