IMM5645 needs filling in native language?

I just need to know, if IMM5645 form needs filling in native language although, I am applying online?

You can write the names in native language with pen on the printed copy which is submitted by mail.

what about if applying online?

Press alt & shift to switch languages in the keyboard and write in your native language the names
Afterwards you can print it and send it by mail
Or
To upload in case you submit your application on line.
