IMM5540E help with question 9 & 10

Hi!!

Hope you are all happy and healthy!

My husband (Canadian) and I are filling the sponsorship application.
in IMM5540E 9, they are asking if his naturalized canadian or permanent resident ( answer should be yes or no)
He was born in Canada! should we say no?
we are confused in this part.

we would very much appreciate the help

If he was born in Canada, then he is neither a naturalized citizen nor a PR, so the answer is no.
