I'm filling up the IMM5540E and reviewing all answers before finalizing our doc and submission package. I'm a bit confused now that I'm reviewing my answers for this question.
I only have a my original Record of Landing and my Citizenship card. I'm not sure what date to fill in? Please advise.

On what date did you become a permanent resident? I put the date on my of my Record of Landing document. Is this correct?

YES. When? I currently have the same date of my Record of Landing Document. is this correct?
My family immigrated to Canada in 1989. My parents and my two brothers. We were sponsored by my grand parents.
What should I put down as the "type of sponsorship"?
