Sponsor has to fill out IMM5540 Question 17:
indicate if you have ever been married, in a common-law or conjugal relationship.

If you answer “Yes”, provide the following details:
•Family name
•Given name
•Date of birth
•Address (number and street, city or town and country)
•Length of relationship
•Date of separation
•Date of divorce/ death

my sponsor don't want to write the details and name of the Common Law Relationship before mine on the Form, because it is over 10 years ago
and he did not put her on his Tax but they bought a house together?

What should I tell him!
He has to write details right? but maybe he don't know the exact address and length of relationship anymore???

thanks!!!!!

He should answer all questions. When he signs the forms he is agreeing that he answered all questions and provided answers truthfully.
If he doesn't know the ex address he can add that comment on a separate sheet of paper.

Doesn't make a difference. He must list his ex common-law partner.
