I recently completed the IMM5533 form, however there was a yes/no box at the end without any question. Its right after question 3, asking if we have children together. Any info on what to or not to click?

Ignore those checkbox, its a glitch in the form......if you look at the French version of the same form, you don't have those checkbox.

Please ignore them and leave them un-checked.
