imm5532e Part A Question 2

I had sponsored parents 2 years back, they got PR last year and moved to Canada. I will file application to sponsor my spouse, do I need to mention about my parents in imm5532 part A question 2 (Other sponsorships), though they are permanent residents now.

It is written "List all people included in past undertakings (sponsorships) you signed as sponsor (includes people who are not permanent residents yet).
