Imm5476 use of a representative

Hello I've been trying to download the pdf file for imm 5476 use of a representative but keep gettin the same response saying I need Adobe reader 8 or higher. I've tried that as well as Google drive, word, etc but nothing works ... anyone know what I could be doing wrong ?

None of those applications are Adobe Reader 8 or higher. Right click the link, save the file to your computer, and open it with Adobe.

I tried on my phone with Adobe 8 didnt work but I'll try what u said with my pc later. Thanks for your reply

You can't use it on your phone. Your phone's Adobe cannot do fillable forms.
