Hi Fellas

I have a couple of IMM5460E questions

Complete your name in your native language for Example ( Arabic, Chinese,Japan, Korean Characters)
Is this for non LATIN languages, or even latin languages should write their names in native languages. For LATIN languages the English and Native version there might be slight difference.
Because in our country although we have a language written in Latin, our passports are written in English.
For Example in Somali version the name is Jaamac Xasan Cabdi, so in the passport it is Jama Hassan Abdi.

Should we write the Somali version although our passport names are in English version?

Also when filling Brothers, Sisters names which format is preferred

1) LASTNAME (in capital), Firstname+MiddleName(if exist) e.g ABDI, Jama Hassan.
2) Firstname+MiddleName(if exist)+LASTNAME (in capital) e.g Jama Hassan ABDI

In Section A of the IMM5460E, it says Spouses name, I am the husband(sponsored person), wife is the sponsor. Therefore should in Section A my wife's name.

Section A would be your wife's name as she is the person you are sponsoring. underneath would be your name as you are her spouse.

I don't think it really matters how you write their name. Just write it as you have been writing your name.

Example: if you put your name with your first name first. then write all members the same way. If you wrote it with your last name first. then again, do the same for everyone.
