I am wondering about the statutory declaration of common-law union what is really required.
I can prove my common-law union only with electricity bills and insurance contract with our both name and on it. The lease of our appartment is on my name only. Is it enough for our application ?
Do we necessary need to make solemn declaration and notarize it ?
I am quite new on this forum, and that topic has probably been posted many times, but I would appreciate your help anyway.
