I submitted my application last Sep.4, 2014. I'm the principal applicant and included my wife and 2 children in the application. Recently, I noticed that I made a mistake in the IMM4506E form for my wife because I wrote my name as the APPLICANT and her name in the SPOUSE field. All the other info I filled up in the form pertains to her family and I let her sign the form. I'd like to know if this can be a ground for rejection? If it is, I'd like to know what can be my options in order to correct this.
I'd like to know if it's possible to send a revised form IMM5406E via courier. Appreciate all the help I can get from this forum.
