imm5406e - Family Info Form Required - Unable To Download

Hi All,

I received a request for more information from CIC asking to fill IMM 5406E form. However, the file does not download and CIC intranet link expires and page does not load.
I have tried the following already using previous threads:

1. Used different browsers including Chrome with Adobe extension, IE, Firefox
2. Used Adobe Acrobat Reader DC or XI to open up the PDF form 5406E link
3. Used different Windows systems

I have been given 7 days to fill in the orm and send back. Any other ideas. Any help is appreciative.

My man I'm unable to send the form. Each time i attach it, it displays the same way you've been seeing it. There's one more way it can be done, but that option should only be explored if you're unable to get it done before the 7 days elapses. I'VE been having alot of trouble downloading forms Imm5553 , Imm5708, Imm5710
i had planned to go to library today and try download them but they have closed due to covid
I would greatly appreciate if you or someone could help me with this? I can foward you my email address?

@sunset11 To resolve this issue, the only way out is to have a system which has latest version of Adobe Reader or so which you are going to use to print. I had to go outside to a system which was having a printing service as well as Adobe Acrobat Reader. These forms wont open without it or even if somebody sends in an email. I used a pen-drive and had to use Acrobat Reader only to open it on a system. Hope this helps! Good luck.
