In IMM5406E(ADDITIONAL FAMILY INFORMATION)
In the start of this document it states that COMPLETE ALL NAMES IN ENGLISH AND IN YOUR NATIVE LANGUAGE.
What does it mean.Do we need to fill document in english and in native language?

Type in English and rest of the form then Print.
After printing you can write down the names in your native language using a black pen.

Don't worry just fill it out in English. Date it and sign it. Don't worry about names in Native language. I didn't fill it out as well.
