Received an email from CIC to redo this form and send it back to them via webform. Not exactly sure what was missed. I have a stepbrother, but we don't have a relationship and I don't know his information. I know it says to fill out ALL information on ALL family including half and step siblings, step children, etc. Not sure what to do in this case. Please help!

Please go through it clearly and keenly you will find what's missing as they have giving u an idea of what to do...
God bless you

I ran into issues (not from CIC, just as I was originally filling it out). I haven't seen my father since I was 14, which is more than 20 years ago, and have no clue what he's up to. I know he had children by other women before he dated my mom, but I never knew their names or any information about any of them. In fact, I didn't know there was more than one until I was speaking to another family member about him recently and she mentioned he'd had multiple kids out of wedlock before he met my mom, and not just the one I had a vague awareness of. I simply attached a sheet to this form explaining the circumstances surrounding my father's side of the family and I provided as much information as I could, with "unknown" for any fields that I didn't have an answer for. In one of the blanks I have the words "see attached sheet."

Yes, just list everyone they ask for, even if you do not have much information about them. Then, on an attached sheet of paper, explain that you do not know the person and do not know where he lives.
