What should I give in marital status for my mother and as well as my father.

"Widowed" is one of the choices given by other CIC forms (IMM 5710 for instance), so for your mother you could put that.

As for your father - I don't know - maybe "N/A"? The 'Present Address' field should note that he is deceased.
