IMM 5406 - Additional Family Information

I am from India and applying for PR - CEC.

1. Do I need to write all the names in Hindi(native language) as well ?
2. I have no kids. So, In section B(Children) Should I mentione Not Applicable in all the columns(Name,Relationship etc...) or Just in first column?
3. Regarding Place of birth (POB) - For my siblings, Do I need to mention POB as per their passport. Actually, we were born in the same village but in mine passport Village name is there and in my sibling's passport Village name is missing.
4. Which color pen should I use to sign.

No not required.

Just leave it blank or mention not applicable.

Just mention the correct place of birth as issued in his birth certificate
4. Which color pen should I use to sign.
Doesn't matter, either blue or black should be fine.
