I’m new here and I really need help or answers to my problem or if anyone has a similar situation. So I am sponsoring my mom, she’s from the Philippines, to stay here with us in Canada. She has three biological children (all single namd above 22 yrs old) so they all need to submit an IMM5406 form. All three biological childern and citizens of Canada already. So the thing is, her youngest biological child doesn’t consider her as her mom and refuses to sign the form (she has been with the ex-husband’s custody since a very young age). Is there a way around this? Please I need some suggestions and I really appreciate any answers.
