IMM5401 Important Question

how long does it take normally to get IMM5401 form by mail from CIC

and

I also want to know if I suppose pay citizenship fees online do i have to download a print copy and attach with the citizenship form application ?

I don't know much about process in email, but i paid my fees online, saved receipt in PDf and taken the printout.

Attached the printout with rest of application, as far as i know it was accepted. It has receipt numbers and they can match it with online payments received.

From the citizenship guide:

Follow these step-by-step instructions to pay using the Internet.

•Go to Pay my fees online.
•Follow the on-line instructions.
•At the end, click on the button to print the CIC official receipt with barcode.
Note. Do not exit without printing the receipt!
•Fill in the Payer Information Section by hand.
•Attach the bottom portion (copy 2) of this receipt to your completed application.

yes download it and keep it as pdf, print it two copies.. one you need to fill your info and include it in your application. The other keep if for ur record.
