Anyone got experience filling out the form as a friend of mine has an issue saving the document. The document gets validated but when saved and upload it gives error and when opening the document some information gets lost.
Anyone had a similar experience. Suggestions?

It is under optional documents section when applying
it gives Schedule 1 Ap[lication for a temporary resident visa made outside Canada (IMM5257)

Is it necessary to do or it can be skipped?
