So recently I've been working on a visitor visa for my mother, however, the IMM5257 PDF couldn't upload online. It validates, and display the popup message online, however, as soon as you try to upload it, it displays "Error Description: Please ensure you download the latest form from the IRCC website, complete the form using Adobe Reader, validate and upload again.
If you continue to receive this error message, you should review the FAQs in the Help Centre. If your issue is not answered there, submit your issue through the Report a Technical Issue button at the top right of the screen"
I've tried several things over the course of a few days, such as redownloading adobe reader, not saving it and just uploading the document, and making sure not to upload a scan. However, nothing works. Does anyone know how to do this?
