IMM1344EA-page 5 Section I & J. What do I mark down here if I am living abroad?

These forms alre so confusing! On IMM1344 EA page 5 Section I, it says it applies to residents of all provinces and territories. I'm doing an Outland Sponsorship and I've away from Canada for over 8 years. Can I still sign Section J? Then it says to mark City and Province. Do I mark the city and province where we are living? City:Ulaanbaatar, Province: I have no idea?

I've been out of Canada for three years now, and am also sponsoring, I signed J. As Ulan Bator is an independent municipality I personally would write N/A in the province, because the city really isn't part of any province.

I'm living in England and signed the form as my home town in England, I asked the same question and was told this was correct.

Sign it. Put the city you are actually in when you sign it - Ulan Bataar. It doesn't have a province or state, so write N/A, Mongolia.
