What to choose under Details of Intended Work in Canada?
For First time application from outside of Canada.

I wrote down what was mentioned on my LMO.

You cant validate the form If you left the field blank in order to write down the information after, from the LMO

Why would you leave it blank? You have to mention your employer name, location (address) and relevant information here. Temporary work permits are bound to having a job offer and LMO.

Yes why leave it blank... but what to pick from the list? when there is no option for Work Permit..

The only logical option to me is "Other" because it can be bounded to LMO...

Oh! It is definitely "Other". You should have been clear with what you are asking. For your comfort, that is the correct option to fill when applying for temp work permit and that is what every one uses including myself as suggested by the lawyer from my employer in Canada.
