If you are an inside HSWP applicant, and your officer requests that you fill in IMM1295: Application for work permit made outside of Canada, what does that mean? The official pilot checklist said that if you are inside, you need to file in the application to Change conditions, extend my stay, or remain in Canada as a worker (IMM5710).
Secondly, does that mean a PPR will be issued and not a work permit via post? In other words, are you likely, if awarded, to have to do a flagpole / exit situation?
