You are to validate the 1294e form after filling. This is usually an icon at the bottom of the form telling you to validate. It will generate 5 barcodes which you will save to your computer.

All you need to do when you want to upload the forms in your GcKey account is to be aware of the folder you saved the completed form for easy accessibility/upload.
