It’s a very useful forum indeed. I qualify for the Canadian Immigration under Federal - Economic Skilled Worker Category. On the IMM 0008 form it asks the question: "Have you received your Certificat de Selection du Quebec (CSQ)? and the number or date that I applied for it. There are two options only:

1- “Yes”, then please indicate the CSQ number
2- “No”, indicate the date when you applied for your CSQ
I don’t know anything about this CSQ nor I have applied for it. I am confused if I click No, then I have to provide date when applied for CSQ. Please guide Should I click “NO” and put no date in the date column ? or should I don’t click any option and leave the question blank without any selection of Yes/NO.

Would appreciate immediate response

Thanks
Irfan

dont do anything....I guess its point no.7 ............U have to neither say yes nor no.....just leave that question alone.

You have not to click of any of those....you can skip that question i think its for Quebec Immigration Only...For Federal Skill worker you can skip it...

Agreed

Thanks All

Your sugegstion is highly valued. However for further clarity, can you share if anyone got his application approved after leraving it blank. I fear that the immigrtion authorities treat it as incomplete form ?

Everybody who is applying for FSW is leaving it blank ......when this firm come into affect ....to make you tension free my fren with leaving it blank you can validate the firm and generate barcode....
But mate if you are thinking of applying now then take a pause cause the global cap of 10000 might be reached soon so i recomend you to
check the cap of NOc and also total cap....Rest is your choice....
Warm Regards...

Yup Spartan is rite.....just wait and in the mean time collect all docs reqd to go ahead wid ur appln

Here is the thing, we already send everything in the canadian embassy the ff:
1. Generic Application Form for Canada [IMM 0008] ( PDF , 536 KB )
2. Additional Dependants/Declaration [IMM 0008DEP] ( PDF , 472 KB )
3. Schedule A – Background/Declaration [IMM 5669] ( PDF , 170 KB )
4. Additional Family Information [IMM 5406] ( PDF , 88 KB )
5. Sponsored Spouse/Partner Questionnaire [IMM 5490] ( PDF , 142 KB )

- and now we already received the csq. But why they are asking the fully completed APPENDIX A? does it mean that we need to fill up again ALL THIS FORMS???

KINDLY HELP ME PLEASE. IT'S VERY CONFUSING. THANK YOU VERY MUCH!
