I'm finalizing my paperwork for my husband to send in. I do not have any dependents and we aren't using a representative. So do we have to include those forms anyways or exclude them from my paperwork?

Thanks in advance!!!

Exclude.....

I have 2 sons, they are both Canadians but they are not following me and my spouse I plan to sponsor to Canada. They live with my ex.. Should I include these forms?

Check regional requirements but generally do NOT include family members that are Canadian's and do not require sponsorship on the forms. You CAN however make yourself an "authorized representative" so that you can speak to CIC on your spouse's (applicant's) behalf. We did that, although we didn't end up needing it.

Hi I am on the same boat. Now I know that I have to exclude the imm008 add dep and the representative forms. But what about the section in another imm008 form where we are asked to write about the dependent? I removed that section for now, I.e. "remove dependent". Did I do the right thing? Many thanks in advance?

If you have dependent children, include the IMM0008 (add dep) form, even if they are not going to come to Canada with you. If they are Canadian already, no need for the form.
