What does it mean

Submit the application form
When submitting your application, to ensure your encoded data is captured, you must include the last page or pages which contain your unique barcodes.

So when i filled the form and validated it.I got 2 pages of unique barcode.2 nd page contain unique bar code and the signature anda date.
SO my question is do we need to keep this two pages on the top of my appliation.

Yes, just place them at the top of your application. These will be the first documents to get processed by CIC.
