I have lived in a sharing bachelore accomidation but dont know the house number etc can anyone let me know how to fill this is only the streetname will be enough?

what should be Name of company, employer, school,facility, as applicable if stay at home can we write NA or Home?

Would a letter be delivered to you if you have the address without the house number? If yes, then feel free to leave it blank.

For Name of company, employer, school,facility, put NA, please don't leave this blank otherwise they will consider your application incomplete. You can however attach a note to your application saying that you are at home.

I don't see this information asked in imm0008 though

I was staying in a bachelor accomidation and for all the communication mails or letters i used to give my hometown address that is the reason i dont remember the house number i know the street and area name

I understand. The way they have formatted it is according to the system in Canada (and North America for that matter) If a letter can get to your hometown address without the house number, then don't put it. You can put NA if you want.
