Imm0008 cannot fill consent field.

While filling Imm0008 form, i cannot fill the consent field (name), therefore, is. it okay to print, write name and handwritten signature and scan back and send/upload? please advice. thanks
 
You need to print your name in ink in the consent form and also sign in ink in the signature of applicant box under declaration of applicant. You cannot scan the document after signature. The form need to be original with original signature on it. If you are outside Canada, you need to send it to your sponsor to mail it in with the package along with all the other documents.

Actually, Cic asked to send through webform. (Online Application) is it okay to scan and send?

What route are you applying through? There is NO online application available online for family sponsorship.

If they requested you to update your existing application via webform, then yes, you can scan and upload the document online.

Yeah!! it's not sponsorship, I am including my spousal application along with my ongoing PR process.
