I am an american applying from permanent residency from outside of Canada. In question 4 it asks me which immigration office to use for processing. From everything that I read all PR applications for Americans applying from outside go to CPP-O now. But if I had an interview I would go to Los Angeles. Not sure what to put here? Please help!
