IMM00008 generic app. date of last visit greyed out. childs passport expired?

Hi All

I have completed this form and it is validated.

i would just like to check 2 points...

Q14 for my daughter, date and place of last entry into Canada is greyed out and I cannot enter details. I assume this is because Australia is selected above, as country of residence? (NOTE she did visit in 2011)

Daughters passport expired last month, therefore i ticked NO to that question as it is no longer valid!

Does that sound right guys?
