Imm 5710e application under public policy

Hi

I’m trying to restore my status under the public policy that went into effect as my status has expired more than 90 days. The policy states from what I read says I have till aug 31 2021 to apply to restore my status. Thing is How do I then fill in the status expiry date part on the imm5710e form when my status has expired more than 90 days ago. It won’t let me validate without a date greater than today’s date. . Any help will be appreciated.
