IMM 5669E Background/ Declaration

Hello,

Have couple of questions regarding Background form :-

1. Addresses :- In the Current address, for `To` should I put PRESENT.
2. My spouse is a HouseWife . So, in the activity should I put `HOUSEWIFE`.
3. Education :- Name of institute or Type of certificate not fitting in the box. Can I use abbreviations ? I am confused. Should I use an extra sheet and write all the entries again ?

Same abbrevation issue is with addresses.

You can either, if the field can be left blank, write 'present' by hand or leave it blank, or put the day you submit your application in that field.

3. Education :- Name of institute or Type of certificate not fitting in the box. Can I use abbreviations ? I am confused. Should I use an extra sheet and write all the entries again ?

I would put the abbreviation in the form and attach a letter with the full name. And put it together with that form. Just to make sure they get all the information they're asking for.

Same abbrevation issue is with addresses.

Hi there Toby, sometimes people do not recall all the address they have lived at if it ihas been more than 10 years. Do you think it is compulsory to show all address proof in the 5669e form? Could we just mention important - long term stay rentals? Please do guide toby.
