Hello guys. on the form IMM 5669 it asks if I have been a member of any organization or association. My doubt : professional registration to allow you to work is a type of association or organization and do I have to fill out this information? Getting crazy on this form!!! Thanks

Eg: To be a professional engineer in Canada, you have to be a member of one of the engineering organizations (PEO in Ontario). Or an Accountant "has" to be a member of CPA (Chartered Professional Accountants).

SO in IMM 5669 in question 10 should I write down all addresses of all resorts I have traveled within last 10 years? I don't even remember all the addresses because I have been in too many places....
