IMM 5669 UCI & Application number?

Hello,

The first points on the IMM 5669 form for background check asks for a UCI and Application number. The only number we have is the ones on my partner's visa papers (It has a UCI and application number). Is this the same number? Or will they give us different numbers after we have sent our application in, and therefore need to wait to send out the 5669 form?

You will get the application number after you file the paperwork. That's in case you get a request to refile the form. UCI would be on any visa (if you have one in your passport) or work permit. If you don't know it, they can find it from your passport.
