Hi again all,

My husband (PA, Japanese), is currently in Canada with visitor status. A couple years ago, when his working holiday visa was approaching expiry, he applied for a work permit in Canada and was denied.
Would this mean we should mark "yes" for Question 4.d? It doesn't mention "work permit" but maybe that would fall under the category of temporary resident visa?

Maybe I'm wrong, but I assume there is somewhere in the application that we'll need to mention he's had a denied work permit application...
