hi everyone,

regarding the form SCHEDULE A BACKGROUND/DECLARATION IMM 5669

on question number 8. personal history.

my activity or history in the past 10 years wont fit in the information provided.
can provide it on another paper? if it's ok. so that i can write clearly the explanation.

on question number 9. Membership of association with organization
it is clearly said on the form that write "NONE" in the box
but on the instruction guide on the CIC website you must write

If you were not a member of an association or organization, do not write “not applicable”. Rather, write: “I have never been a member of an organization or association”.

Please advise the best thing to do. thank you ver much.

Yes you can use additional paper. Just be sure to label the additional sheets with the relevant IMM number and your name, UCI etc.

Either "None" or the full sentence version is fine.
