Just put the name of diploma or certificate for example secondary school certificate or elecrical diploma like that . Are you from Pakistan?

If it took me 6 years to complete a 4-year course in college, do I count it as 6 years or just 4?
Also, if I took half a year (one semester) of post-graduate studies, do I count that as 1 year or not?
