IMM 5669 - Addresses - 2 different cities

Hi,

I keep traveling to another city to work, used to stay there for 4 nights a week, now is like going back and forth every day. I didn't register anything for my working city address, all my bills and letters go to my hometown address. Do I need to provide both addresses?
