At one point we lived in the Caribbean on the Island of Grenada – should I include all trips for holidays and business from that base?
At one point I travelled to the Republic of Ireland fairly regularly for business trips – being an EU country I didn’t have my passport stamped, but I also have no complete record of all of those trips such as dates of each one – can I make a general comment about business trips during this period?

Please advise if I can enter 'see attached' on the form and them submit a cover letter with an explanation.

All visits for "Leisure and Travel" or Business Visits are required to be reported if made at land out of your country of citizenship.
So attach a sheet and provide a brief of those trips if there is not enough space left on the form.
