I am trying to renew my student visa, and I was asked to provide Custodianship Declaration , which I have done it before when I first come to Canada two years ago. I am wondering if I my reuse the same form again because it need to be notarized.

Did you attach the origional form from 2 years ago with your extension app and they are asking for a new one?

Hello, I did not, I am going to submit it again. I am not sure if I may reuse the old one or get a new one, and also unsure where to upload since there do not seem to be a place to upload it

I don't know if the old one is still valid either. Submit it via web form adding an explanation.

Who is the legal guardian? What relationship to the minor? Are the parents of the minor in Canada? If so, under what status?

Hi I am Canadian citizen and I have legal guardianship of my neice and relationship paternal uncle. My neice has a visitor visa and she comes to Canada sometimes with her grandparents. But parents are in India and never visit Canada because they don’t have any status and visitor visa.
